Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from giftspatch.eu. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@giftspatch.eu to obtain a return authorisation number (RMA).
  • Please include the RMA number with your return shipment to expedite processing.

2. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@giftspatch.eu to report the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
