📦 Processing Times

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.

• We ship Monday to Saturday.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, DPD, and PostNL.
Currently, we offer standard delivery. Express shipping options are coming soon!

We ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (North & South), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (North & South), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden (North & South), Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

⏱️ Delivery Estimates

• Netherlands: 1–2 days

• Belgium & Germany: 2–3 days

• Rest of the EU: 3–4 days

• UK, Norway, Switzerland: 4–5 days

💰 Shipping Costs

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on box weight and destination.

• We aim to offer the most affordable and reliable rate for each region.

📦 Tracking

• All orders include tracking, sent by email within 24 hours of payment.

🌐 Customs & Duties

• No customs fees apply within the EU.

• For orders outside the EU, duties and customs fees may apply, depending on your local customs authority.

• If you would like to use DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), please contact us before ordering at contact@giftspatch.eu.

📮 Delivery Issues & Returns

• If a delivery fails due to courier error, we will resend your package at no extra cost.

• If the recipient fails to accept delivery, the parcel will be held at a local pickup point. If not collected in time and returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply.

Please note: We currently do not offer special guarantees for peak holiday seasons.
